Will my payment details be kept safe?

Yes, absolutely! We use a secure Payment Services CloudPayments to ensure that all your information is kept entirely secure, confidential and safe.

We offer a wide range of national and international payment options. In this, CloudPayments is only responsible for handling online payments. You will therefore see the name ‘CloudPayments’ on your bank statement.

  • Are the prices included VAT?

If you making a purchase outside of US the the VAT will be automatically calculated at checkout page. We do not provide invoices without VAT as we primarily operate in a business-to-consumer (B2C) model. 

Are the prices included Sales Tax?

If you making a purchase within US the the Sales Tax charges will be automatically calculated at checkout page. We do not provide invoices without Sales Tax as we primarily operate in a business-to-consumer (B2C) model.

  • What to do if my discount code doesn’t work?

On the cart page you are able to enter a discount code. Simply click on the text “Add a discount code”, enter your discount code, and click ‘Add’. This will apply your discount code to your order.

If it doesn’t seem to work or you forgot to use it, it could be for several reasons:

If you have tried to place an order previously with the same code it will give the error message that the code has exceeded its usage limit (even if you canceled the payment). To fix this problem we suggest contacting us at [email protected] or using Contact Us Form.

When your welcome discount code doesn’t work:

We’re sorry to hear that your code doesn’t seem to work. A condition for this discount is that you are logged into your account before you create and close the order. Then the code in your shopping cart will work. It must also be your first order with us. If you’re still having issues, we’d love to hear about it.

I forgot to use my discount code, can I still add it?

No problem! You can contact us at [email protected] or using Contact Us Form. Please let us know the ordernumber and discount code you forgot to add, that way our team can add it for you.

  • How can I receive an invoice?

There will be an invoice attached to the order confirmation e-mail. If you encounter any problems with the invoice please let us know. You can contact us at [email protected] or using Contact Us Form.

  • What payment options do I have?

At TheWeekndMerch you have a choice of different payment methods:

Paypal: If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website during checkout.

Credit card: With us you can also pay easily and safely with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
